Please develop first idea no.1, but still very surface. Have to plan what actual contents for each of the 8 pages. At the moment, no details of content yet.
i think one of your friends had also proposed about decorating nails. so, i guess, you can idea 3 which is the combination of idea 1 and idea 2. however, i think it would be better if you could specify clearly in which context that your proposed idea can be worked. since you plan to combine idea 1 and idea 2, you can make your contents more towards one context. for example, beauty tips for prom night (appropriate for teenagers like you). cause teenagers always care a lot for their prom night.. i used to be one of them =9 so you may provide tips for creative dressing with low budget (so that teenagers can save cost but still look attractive for prom night), and at the same time may give tips on decorating nails for fingers as well as foot!
you know, make it more towards an appropriate context that can attract your target audience.
